WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and Development Services Director has made the following determinations: 1. On January 13, 2023, the Planning and Development Services Director, through PDS Order No. 2023-005, granted approval for a Lot Split petition for the project known as Nelson Lot Split. 2. Following the approval and recording of PDS Order 2023-005, Steve L. Henderson, Esquire of Counsel Florida Bar Certified Real Estate Attorney, representing the property owner requested a change to the legal description as noted below: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED BY THE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIRECTOR OF ST.
