A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
GRANT PROGRAM AGREEMENT (FIN. PROJ. NO. 415086-2-94-02) — AMENDMENT
No. 02 FOR THE HARBOUR POINTE DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE AND AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIR AND COUNTY ATTORNEY TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT BY APPROVING
IT AS TO FORM AND CORRECTNESS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, has made the following
determinations:
1. The Florida Department of Transportation has awarded the County funding for the Harbour Pointe
Development Initiative (FIN. PROD. NO. 415086-2-94-02).
2. The Board should authorize and approve execution of the Public Transportation Grant Agreement
Amendment No. 02 with the Florida Department of Transportation for the above -referenced project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida:
1. The Board hereby accepts the Public Transportation Grant Agreement with the State of Florida (FIN.
PROJ. NO. 415086-2-94-02) —Amendment No. 02 to provide additional funding for the Harbour Pointe
Development Initiative.
2. The Board hereby authorizes and Chair to execute the above -referenced agreement and further
authorizes the County Attorney to execute the agreement by approving it as to form and correctness.
After motion and second, -the vote on Resolution 2023-069 was as follows:
