Planning staff has provided an analysis of the parcel's eligibility for a one-time lot split pursuant to Section 11.03.04 of the St. Lucie County Land Development Code. That analysis can be found in the memorandum dated July 27, 2023. entitled McCarty Road Lot Split (LS-2209-000011). NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the Planning and Development Services Director of St. Lucie County. Florida: A.
