AN ORDER AMENDING PDS ORDER 2023-011, ADOPTED ON
JANUARY 24, 2023, TO CORRECT A SCRIVENER'S ERROR
LOCATED ON LINE FOUR OF THE CERTIFICATE OF CAPACITY,
APPROVING A MINOR SITE PLAN (MAJOR ADJUSTMENT TO A
MINOR SITE PLAN) FOR LIGHTBRIDGE DAY CARE FACILITY
(AKA PGA LEARNING CENTER / AKA BARON ACADEMY) FOR A
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 8555 S. COMMERCE DRIVE, PORT ST.
LUCIE, FL.
WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and Development Services Director has made the
following determinations:
1. On January 24. 2023, the Planning & Development Services Director, through PDS Order
No. 2023-011, granted approval for a Minor Site Plan (Major Adjustment to a Minor Site
Plan) for the project known as Lightbridge Day Care Facility (AKA PGA Learning Center/
AKA Baron Academy).
2. Following the approval and recording of PDS Order No, 2023-11, Alejandro Toro of
Engineering Design & Construction, Inc. identified an error in the Certificate of Capacity,
which incorrectly referenced PDS Order 2023-002.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED BY THE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
DIRECTOR OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA:
The "Certificate of Capacity" line four(4) cited in PDS Order 2023-011 shall be amended as shown
in Exhibit A below:
A. All terms, findings, and conditions otherwise cited in PDS Order 2023-011, approved
on January 24, 2023, are hereby incorporated by reference in PDS Order 2023-063,
B. This Order shall be recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie County.
