A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND
FLORIDA AVIATION ADMINSTRATION'S GRANT (CONSTRUCTION TAXIWAY E
REALIGNMENT/TAXIWAY C4 AND CS DEMOLITION) AND AUTHORIZING THE CHAIR
AND COUNTY ATTORNEY TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENTS BY APPROVING IT AS TO
FORM AND CORRECTNESS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, has made the following
determinations:
1. The Florida Department of Transportation and the Federal Aviation Administration have awarded the
County funding for the Construction of Taxiway Realignment/Taxiway C4 and C5 Demolition.
2. The Board should authorize and approve execution of the Airports Construction of Taxiway
Realignment/Taxiway C4 and C5 Demolition with the Florida Department of Transportation and the
Federal Aviation Administration.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida:
1. The Board hereby accepts the Airports Grant's with Florida Department of Transportation and the
Federal Aviation Administration to provide funding for Treasure Coast International Airport's
Construction Taxiway E Realignment/Taxiway C4 and C5 Demolition.
2. The Board hereby authorizes and Chair to execute the above-referenced agreement and further
authorizes the County Attorney to execute the agreement by approving it as to form and correctness.
After motion and second,the vote on Resolution 2023-148 was as follows:
