BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida,that:
The foregoing Permanent Drainage and Right-of-Way Easement from Dennis and
Dorothy Sunday is duly accepted on behalf of Saint Lucie County this 2"d day of May, 2023.

PERMANENT DRAINAGE AND RIGHT-OF-WAY EASEMENT
THIS EASEMENT, made this day of MC1►/ , 2023, between DENNIS SUNDAY AND
DOROTHY SUNDAY, whose mailing address is 7748 Bobcat un, Port St Lucie, FL 34952 ("GRANTOR") and
ST. LUCIE COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose address is 2300 Virginia Avenue,
Fort Pierce, Florida 34982,("GRANTEE");
WITNESSETH: That the GRANTOR for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and 00/100 ($10.00)
Dollars, and other valuable considerations paid, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, hereby grants unto the GRANTEE, its successors and assigns, a Permanent Drainage and
Right-of-Way Easement for the purpose of clearing, excavating, constructing and maintaining outfall,
drainage ditches and drains in, over, under, upon and through the above described property,together with
the right of access, ingress and egress. The drainage ditches and associated outfall shall be located solely
within the north 15' of this Permanent Drainage Easement, with the south 15' being reserved for access,
ingress and egress, maintenance of the drainage structure(s); provided that no drainage improvements
installed by GRANTEE shall impair or interfere with GRANTORS' easement rights as set forth in that
Agreement recorded at Official Record Book 190, Page 2261 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
THE SOUTH 30 FEET OF THE SOUTH 165 FEET OF THE NORTH 495 FEET OF THE EAST 330 FEET
OF LOT 10, BLOCK 3, SECTION 24,TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE 40 EAST, PLAT NO. 1 SAINT
LUCIE GARDENS BY THE INDIAN RIVER, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN
PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 35 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
CONTAINING 9,900 SQUARE FEET, MORE OR LESS.
(More particularly described in the sketch and legal description attached hereto as Exhibit"A")
