A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION'S GRANT
(FM 454343-1-94-01 RENOVATIONS 2850 CURTIS KING BLVD) AND AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIR AND COUNTY ATTORNEY TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT BY APPROVING
IT AS TO FORM AND CORRECTNESS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, has made the following
determinations:
1. The Florida Department of Transportation has awarded the County funding for FM 454343-1-94-01
Renovations 2850 Curtis King Blvd.
2. The Board should authorize and approve execution of the Airports Renovations 2850 Curtis King Blvd
with the Florida Department of Transportation.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida:
1. The Board hereby accepts the Airports Grant with Florida Department of Transportation (FM#454343-
1-94-01) to provide funding for Treasure Coast International Airport's Renovations 2850 Custis King
Blvd.
2. The Board hereby authorizes and Chair to execute the above-referenced agreement and further
authorizes the County Attorney to execute the agreement by approving it as to form and correctness.
After motion and second,the vote on Resolution 2024-026 was as follows:

Commissioner Linda Bartz AYE
Commissioner Jamie Fowler AYE
PASSED AND DULY ADOPTED this 6th day of February, 2024.
