A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION'S GRANT
(FM 449634-1-94-01 AIRPORT WEST COMMERCE PARK TAXIWAY DESIGN) AND
AUTHORIZING THE CHAIR AND COUNTY ATTORNEY TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT
BY APPROVING IT AS TO FORM AND CORRECTNESS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, has made the following
determinations:
1. The Florida Department of Transportation has awarded the County funding for FM 449634-1-94-01
Airport West Commerce Park Taxiway Design.
2. The Board should authorize and approve execution of the Airports West Commerce Park Taxiway
Design with the Florida Department of Transportation.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida:
1. The Board hereby accepts the Airports Grant with Florida Department of Transportation (FM#449634-
1-94-01) to provide funding for Treasure Coast International Airport's West Commerce Park Taxiway
Design.
2. The Board hereby authorizes and Chair to execute the above-referenced agreement and further
authorizes the County Attorney to execute the agreement by approving it as to form and correctness.
After motion and second,the vote on Resolution 2024-016 was as follows:
