HomeMy WebLinkAbout24-094 RESOLUTION 24-094 WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida desires to amend the County Budget to account for funds unanticipated in the budget. WHEREAS, Section 129.06(2), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in a meeting assembled this 21st day of MAY 2024, pursuant to Section 129.06 (2), Florida Statutes, that the fiscal year 2023-2024 County budget is hereby amended as reflected in attachment "A", which is incorporated as part of this resolution.
