AN ORDER AMENDING PDS ORDER 2024-035 ADOPTED ON MAY 14, 2024,
FOR A PROJECT KNOWN CHEZ NOUS LOT SPLIT, TO CORRECT A
DUPLICATE PLANNING DEVELOPMENT SERVICES (PDS) ORDER NUMBER
SCRIVENER'S ERROR, AMENDING THE PDS ORDER NUMBER TO 2024-039.
WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and Development Services Director has made the
following determinations:
1. On May 14, 2024, the Planning and Development Services Director, through PDS
Order No. 2024-035, granted a Lot Split petition for Chez Nous.
2. Following the approval and recording of PDS Order 2024-035, two PDS Orders were
inadvertently recorded under PDS Order 2024-035 for the West Side of Campbell Road
and North Side of Willis Road Lot Split (File No.: LS-2311-000022) and the Chez Nous
Lot Split.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED BY THE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT
SERVICES DIRECTOR OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA:
A. The PDS Order 2024-035, for the Chez Nous Lot Split shall be amended to PDS Order
2024-039.
B. All terms, findings, and conditions otherwise cited in PDS Order 2024-035 for Chez
Nous Lot Split, approved on May 14, 2024, are hereby incorporated by reference in
PDS Order 2024-039.
C. This Order shall be recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie County.
