A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION'S GRANT (3-
12-0023-041-2024 ADVANCED PLANNNING STUDY TO EXPAND RUNWAY 10R/28L)
AND AUTHORIZING THE CHAIR AND COUNTY ATTORNEY TO EXECUTE THE
AGREEMENT BY APPROVING IT AS TO FORM AND CORRECTNESS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, has made the following
determinations:
1. The Federal Aviation Administration has awarded the County funding for the Advanced Planning Study
to Expand Runway 10R/28L Grant#3-12-0023-0041-2024.
2. The Board should authorize and approve execution of the Airports Advanced Planning Study with the
Federal Aviation Administration.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida:
1. The Board hereby accepts the Airports Grant with the Federal Aviation Administration (Grant#3-12-
0023-0041-2024) to provide funding for Treasure Coast International Airport's Advanced Planning
Study to Expand Runway 10R/28L.
2. The Board hereby authorizes and Chair to execute the above -referenced agreement and further
authorizes the County Attorney to execute the agreement by approving it as to form and correctness.
After motion and second, the vote on Resolution 2024-155 was as follows:
