A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE SOUTH FLORIDA WAER MANAGEMENT
DISTRICT- INDIAN RIVER LAGOON LICENSE PLATE GRANT AGREEMENT(NO.
4600005037) FOR NORTH HUTCHINSON ISLAND PRIVATE DRIVE A1A SEPTIC
TO SEWER PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING THE CHAIR TO EXECUTE THE
AGREEMENT AND FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY ATTORNEY TO
EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT BY APPROVING IT AS TO FORM AND
CORRECTNESS
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, has made the following
determinations:
1. South Florida Water Management District has awarded the County funding for North
Hutchinson Island Private Drive A1A Septic to Sewer.
2. The Board should authorize and approve execution of the grant agreement with South
Florida Water Management District for the above-referenced project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida:
1. The Board hereby accepts and approves the grant agreement(No.4600005037)with South
Florida Water Management District to provide funding for North Hutchinson Island Private Drive A1A Septic to
Sewer Project.
2. The Board hereby authorizes and Chair to execute the above-referenced agreement and
further authorizes the County Attorney to execute the agreement by approving it as to form and correctness.
After motion and second,the vote on Resolution 2024-150 was as follows:
