A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION'S GRANT
(FM 454781-1 AIRPORT BADGING AND VIDEO SECURITY) AND AUTHORIZING THE
CHAIR AND COUNTY ATTORNEY TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT BY APPROVING IT AS
TO FORM AND CORRECTNESS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, has made the following
determinations:
1. The Florida Department of Transportation has awarded the County funding for FM 454784-1 Airport
Badging and Video Security.
2. The Board should authorize and approve execution of the Airport Badging and Video Security with the
Florida Department of Transportation.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida:
1. The Board hereby accepts the Airports Grant with Florida Department of Transportation(FM#454784-
1)to provide funding for Treasure Coast International Airport's Taxiway Bravo Demo Construction.
2. The Board hereby authorizes and Chair to execute the above-referenced agreement and further
authorizes the County Attorney to execute the agreement by approving it as to form and correctness.
After motion and second,the vote on Resolution 2024-183 was as follows:

Commissioner Jamie Fowler AYE
