A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION'S GRANT
(FM 449617-1-94-01 Taxiway Bravo Demo Construction) AND AUTHORIZING THE
CHAIR AND COUNTY ATTORNEY TO EXECUTE THE AMENDMENT BY APPROVING IT
AS TO FORM AND CORRECTNESS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, has made the following
determinations:
1. The Florida Department of Transportation has awarded the County funding for FM 449617-1-94-01
Taxiway Bravo Demo Construction pursuant to that Public Transportation Grant Agreement date
February 6, 2024("Agreement").
2. The Board should authorize and approve execution of the First Amendment to the Agreement to
provide for the second year of funding for the Airports Taxiway Bravo Demo Construction with the
Florida Department of Transportation.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida:
1. The Board hereby accepts the First Amendment to the Grant Agreement with Florida Department of
Transportation (FM#449617-1-94-01) to provide the second year of funding for Treasure Coast
International Airport's Taxiway Bravo Demo Construction.
2. The Board hereby authorizes and Chair to execute the above-referenced Amendment and further
authorizes the County Attorney to execute the Amendment by approving it as to form and correctness.
After motion and second,the vote on Resolution 2024-181 was as follows:
