WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and Development Services Director has reviewed the application for a Lot Split (Minor) submitted by Deborah A Sherrod (TR), evaluated the comments of the St. Lucie County Development Review Committee, and made the following determinations: 1. On March 31, 2015, the Planning & Development Services Director approved PDS Order 2015-007, granting lot split approval to subdivide a 15.27-acre lot from a 273.47- acre property. The remaining parcel resulted in a 258.48-acre lot. 2.
