A RESOLUTION OF THE ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA, BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE AND EXECUTION OF FLORIDA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION'S GRANT AGREEMENT G3385 FM 454784-1-94-
01 FOR AIRPORT BADGING AND VIDEO SECURITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, ("Board") has made the
following determinations:
1. The Florida Department of Transportation("FDOT")has awarded the County$65,000.00 for G3385 FM
454784-1-94-01 Airport Badging and Video Security pursuant to that Public Transportation Grant
Agreement date October 21, 2024("Agreement").
2. The Board should authorize and approve execution of the First Amendment to the Agreement to
provide for additional funding for the Airports Badging and Video Security with the Florida Department
of Transportation.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida:
1. The Board hereby accepts the First Amendment to the Grant Agreement with Florida Department of
Transportation(FM#454784-1-94-01)to provide for additional funding for Treasure Coast International
Airport's Badging and Video Security.
2. The Board hereby authorizes and Chair to execute the above-referenced Amendment and further
authorizes the County Attorney to execute the Amendment by approving it as to form and correctness.
After motion and second,the vote on Resolution 2024-242 was as follows:
