AN ORDER CORRECTING A SCRIVENER'S ERROR
CONTAINED IN PDS ORDER 2025-04 WHICH APPROVED A
MINOR ADJUSTMENT TO THE MAJOR SITE PLAN KNOWN AS
ISLANDIA FOR A MODIFIED GATE DESIGN FOR THE SITE
LOCATED AT 9550 SOUTH OCEAN DRIVE, IN JENSEN BEACH,
FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and Development Services (PDS) Director is correcting
a scrivener's error within PDS Order 2025-04, which contained an incorrect Parcel Identification
Number in reference to the site for which the Minor Adjustment to a Major Site Plan for the Islandia
Condominium was authorized.
1. On February 5. 2025, the PDS Director approved PDS Order 2025-04, authorizing a Minor
Adjustment to the Islandia Major Site Plan, to construct new access gates with associated
landscaping and site improvements filed by Mackenzie Engineering and Planning, Inc.. on
behalf of the property owner for a +/-3.63-acre site located at 9550 S. Ocean Dr. in Jensen
Beach and is zoned HIRD, Hutchinson Island Residential District.
2. PDS Order 2025-04 contained the correct Legal Description and Address for the affected
land, however there was a scrivener's error in the Parcel Identification Number. The correct
and true Parcel Identification Number is provided in Part A. below.
A. PDS Order 2025-04 is hereby corrected to reflect the Parcel Identification Number denoted
below, with the corresponding legal description and address as follows:

LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
COMMON AREA OF ISLANDIA 1. A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE
DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 391,
PAGE 662, TOGETHER WITH ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF
ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA: TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE
COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT TO SUCH UNITS AND ALL OTHER
APPURTENANCES SUCH UNIT AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION OF
CONDOMINIUM.

B. The terms of PDS Order 2025-04 remain valid and in effect, as stated in the referenced
Order.
C. This Order shall become effective upon the date of approval indicated below.
D. This Order shall be recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie County.
