HomeMy WebLinkAbout25-038 PDS ORDER 2025-38 File No. LS-2302-000016 AN ORDER CORRECTING A SCRIVENER'S ERROR CONTAINED IN PDS ORDER 2024-021 WHICH APPROVED A LOT SPLIT KNOWN AS SHERWOOD JOHNSON FOR A +/-13.49- ACRE PROPERTY ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF IMMOKOLEE ROAD, FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and Development Services (PDS) Director is correcting a scrivener's error within PDS Order 2024-021, which contained an error in the Legal Description due to transcription from an outdated document and correction is essential to proceed with finalizing the planned Lot Split. 1. On April, 11, 2024, the PDS Director approved PDS Order 2024-021, authorizing a Lot Split known as Sherwood Johnson to divide +/-13.49 acres into two (2) parcels, in the AG-1 (Agricultural — 1) zoning district, located on Immokolee Road. 2. PDS Order 2024-021 contained an error in the Legal Description, which requires correction. The PDS Order's Legal Description incorrectly referenced the "EAST LINE OF THE NORTHWEST% OF SAID SECTION 35", whereas as it should reference the "EAST LINE OF THE NORTHWEST% OF THE NORTHWEST%OF SAID SECTION 35."Additionally, in one instance the Legal Description referenced "Section 25" whereas the correct and accepted survey affirms the "Section 35" to be the true and correct reference. 3. The correct and true Legal Description for the Sherwood Johnson Lot Split, as intended for authorization by the Planning & Development Services Director is provided in Part A, below. A.
