The proposed Minor Adjustment also seeks to provide for two (2) additional improved amenity areas within the single-family and eastern townhome portions of the project, the addition of street trees and landscaping within the amenity parking areas. and amends language to allow the developer to construct three (3) or four (4) bedroom townhomes. 4. Planning Staff has performed a detailed analysis of the project and determined it to be consistent with the St. Lucie County Land Development Code and Comprehensive Plan. The analysis is located in the Planning and Development Services Department memorandum titled "Silver Oaks PUD - Minor Adjustment to the Planned Unit Development (PUD) (PDMN-2411-000022)." dated April 2, 2025. 5.
