AN ORDER AMENDING PDS ORDER 19-034, ADOPTED ON NOVEMBER 1,
2019, TO CORRECT A SCRIVENER'S ERROR WITHIN THE LEGAL
DESCRIPTION FOR THE PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE FIRST BAPTIST
CHURCH OF FORT PIERCE, LOCATED AT 4500 25TH STREET, IN ST LUCIE
COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the St Lucie County Planning and Development Services Director has made the
following determinations:
1. On November 1, 2019, the Planning and Development Services Director through PDS
Order 19-034, granted approval for a Lot Split petition for the First Baptist Church of Fort
Pierce.
2. Subsequent to the recordation of PDS Order 19-034, in OR Book 4344, Page 255, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, it was determined that the legal description for Tract
"A" was incorrect.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the Planning and Development Services
Director of St. Lucie County, Florida:
A. The Legal Description cited to describe Tract "A" should be updated as follows:
Tract"A", described as:
THE NORTH 800 FEET OF THE SOUTHWEST '/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST %, LESS THE
WEST 40 FEET, LESS AND EXCEPT THAT PORTION CONVEYED TPO ST. LUCIE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND LESS THE EAST 381.1 FEET THEREOF, LOCATED IN
SECTION 33 TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 40 EAST, ST. LUCIE COUNTY,
FLORIDA.
B. Except as noted in Part "A" above, all other terms, findings, and conditions cited in PDS
Order 19-034, approved on November 1, 2019, are hereby incorporated by reference in
PDS Order 2025-045.
C. This Order shall be recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie County.
ORDER effective the 10th day of April, 2025.
