WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and Development Services Director has reviewed the application for an administrative variance, including, but not limited to the staff report and made the following determinations: 1. Anthony Natale petitioned for an Administrative Variance from the provisions of Section 7.04.01 (Table 7-10) Lot Size and Dimensional Requirements of the St. Lucie County Land Development Code to allow a proposed in-ground pool up to 2.64 ft. within the required 15 ft. rear yard setback, proposing a 12.36 ft. rear yard (setback) for this structure on property located at 6803 Frost Terrace, Fort Pierce, FL, and further described in Paragraph "B", within the RS-4 (Residential, Single-Family -4) Zoning District. 2. The Administrative Variance provides for a rear yard reduction from 15 ft. to 12.36 ft. for an accessory structure (pool), representing less than a 35 percent reduction of the minimum required yard (setback). The 2.64 ft. encroachment into the minimum required for the above ground pool as depicted on the boundary survey submitted to the Planning & Development Services Department on October 31, 2024. 4.
