A RESOLUTION OF THE ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA, BOARD
OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE
AND EXECUTION OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION GRANT AGREEMENT FM 451560-1-94-01 FOR
AIRPORT WEST GA RAMP REHAB DESIGN; AND PROVIDING
FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of St.Lucie County,Florida,("Board")has made
the following determinations:
1. The Florida Department of Transportation("FDOT)has awarded the County$300,000.00 for Airport
West GA Ramp Rehab Design(FM 451560-1-94-01)("Grant Agreement").
2. Pursuant to the Grant Agreement,the County is required to provide a match of 20%for a total project
cost of$50,000.00.
3. The Board desires to accept and authorize execution of the Grant Agreement.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
County,FL,as follows:
1. The foregoing recitals are true and correct and hereby adopted and made part hereof by this reference.
2. The Board hereby accepts and authorizes the Chair to sign the Grant Agreement on behalf of the
County.
3. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption.
After motion and second,the vote on Resolution No.2025-130 was as follows:
