A RESOLUTION OF THE ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA, BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE AND EXECUTION OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION'S
GRANT AGREEMENT G3778 AMENDMENT#1 FM 451557-1-94-01 ADDITIONAL FUNDS FOR ARFF
(AVIATION RESCUE FIRE FIGHTING)TRUCK REPLACEMENT;AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of St.Lucie County,Florida,("Board")has made the following determinations:
1. The Florida Department of Transportation("FDOT")has awarded the County$640,000.00 for G3778 FM 451557-1-94-01
ARFF (Aircraft Rescue Fire Fighting) Truck Replacement pursuant to that Public Transportation Grant Agreement date
December 18, 2024("Agreement").
2. The Board should authorize and approve execution of the First Amendment to the Agreement to provide for additional
funding for the ARFF(Aircraft Rescue Fire Fighting)Truck Replacement with the Florida Department of Transportation.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida:
1. The Board hereby accepts the First Amendment to Grant Agreement G3778 with Florida Department of Transportation
(FM#451557-1-94-01)to provide for additional funding for Treasure Coast International Airport's ARFF (Aircraft Rescue
Fire Fighting)Truck Replacement.
2. The Board hereby authorizes and Chair to execute the above-referenced Amendment and further
authorizes the County Attorney to execute the Amendment by approving it as to form and correctness.
After motion and second,the vote on Resolution 2025-128 was as follows:
