AN ORDER AMENDING PDS ORDER 2025-065, ADOPTED ON
AUGUST 18, 2025, TO CORRECT A SCRIVENER'S ERROR
LOCATED IN SECTION 'A', WITH RESPECT TO THE ADDRESS
REFERENCE FOR THE PROJECT KNOWN AS 5593 ST. LUCIE
BLVD. PROPOSED WAREHOUSE WITH FUTURE EXPANSION
WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and Development Services Director has made the
following determinations:
1. On August 18, 2025, the Planning and Development Services Director, through PDS
Order No. 2025-065, granted approval for a Minor Site Plan petition for 5593 St. Lucie
Blvd. Proposed Warehouse with Future Expansion.
2. Following the approval and recording of PDS Order 2025-065, staff identified an
incorrect project address (5399 St. Lucie Blvd.) referenced for the project, as noted in
Section 'A'.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED BY THE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT
SERVICES DIRECTOR OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA:
Section 'A', cited within PDS Order 2025-065 shall be amended to read as follows:
Pursuant to Section 11.02.03 of the St. Lucie County Land Development Code, the Minor
Site Plan known as 5593 St. Lucie Blvd. Proposed Warehouse with Future Expansion is
hereby approved as shown on the site plan drawings prepared by KMA Engineering and
Surveying, LLC, date stamped received on May 8, 2025, by the St. Lucie County
Planning and Development Services Department, and a Single Family Detached Dwelling
Units (3) has been determined to be consistent with similar permitted uses in the IL
(Industrial, Light) zoning district, and, as such, is determined to be a permitted use in this
zoning district at the site located at 5399 5593 St. Lucie Boulevard, St. Lucie County, FL
for the property more particularly described in Part "B" below, subject to the following
conditions:
A. All terms, findings, and conditions otherwise cited in PDS Order 2025-065, approved on
August 18, 2025, are hereby incorporated by reference in PDS Order 2025-092.
B. This Order shall be recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie County.
