HomeMy WebLinkAbout25-201 RESOLUTION RES-2025-201 A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A FINAL BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025-2026 WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, has made the following determination: 1. On September 4,2025, after TRIM notices were mailed to all property owners pursuant to Section 200.069, Florida Statutes, the Board of County Commissioners (sitting as the Board of County Commissioners, the Mosquito Control Board, and the Erosion Control Board) held a public hearing to consider adopting the tentative budget for fiscal year 2025-2026 and adopted the tentative budget. 2. On September 18,2025,after notice published in the Tribune,the Board held a Public Hearing and adopted the Final Budget for fiscal year 2025-2026. NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida: A.
