I, Steven Tarr, Trustee of the 320ocean Land Trust u/a/d 5/19/2020(the"Owner"), am the fee simple owner
of the real property located at the address listed below.

I hereby authorize the employees, officials, representatives, agents and officers of the City of Fort Pierce,
a Florida municipal corporation (the "City"), and St. Lucie County, a political subdivision of the State of
Florida (the"County"), to enter the above-referenced property for emergency placement, inspection and
removal of concrete barriers and sandbags for protection of the existing structure on the property above
from beach erosion ("Emergency Work").
I shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the City and County and its officers, agents, officials,
representatives, and employees, from any and all liability, losses, or damages which the City and County
or its officers, agents, officials, representatives, and employees may incur as a result of claims, demands,
suits, causes of actions, or proceedings, of any kind or nature, in the performance of this Emergency Work.
This authorization is valid from February 6, 2026 until written revocation is delivered to the City and
County.
