The purpose of this permanent drainage easement is to reroute and replace a 12' public drainage easement recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 70, and subsequently vacated in Official Record Book Page _ - . The GRANTEE may remove, cut or trim trees, bushes, and saplings growing upon or extending over said strip of land so far as may be reasonably necessary in the installation, maintenance, operation, repair, replacement or renewal of any of the above -mentioned drainage or improvements. The GRANTEE has the right but not the obligation to perform the aforementioned maintenance or install improvements over the property herein referenced.
