HomeMy WebLinkAbout26-027 - sent to Recording on 4/10/26 PDS ORDER 2026-027 File No. EDO-2507-000062 AN ORDER AMENDING PDS ORDER 2025-088, ADOPTED ON SEPTEMBER 29, 2025, TO CORRECT A SCRIVENER'S ERROR LOCATED IN SECTION 'B', WITH RESPECT TO THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR THE PROJECT KNOWN AS MAINSTREET VILLAGE. WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and Development Services Director has made the following determinations: 1. On September 29, 2025, the Planning and Development Services Director, through PDS Order No. 2025-088, granted a statutory extension provided by section 252.363 Florida statutes to the scheduled expiration date for the approved Minor Site Plan. 2. Following the approval and recording of PDS Order 2025-088, staff identified an incorrect legal description referenced for the project, as noted in Section 'B'. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the Planning and Development Services Director of St. Lucie County, Florida: Section 'B', cited within PDS Order 2025-088 shall be amended to read as follows: MAINSTREET VILLAGE PHASE 2 (PB77-17) LOT 3 (2.834 AC — 123,449 SF). A. All terms, findings, and conditions otherwise cited in PDS Order 2025-088, approved on September 29, 2025, are hereby incorporated by reference in PDS Order 2026-027. B.
