A RESOLUTION OF THE ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA,
BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS APPROVING
AND AUTHORIZING THE PROPER COUNTY STAFF TO
EXECUTE FDOT DISTRICT FOUR (4) TERMINATION OF
LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE MEMORANDUM OF
AGREEMENT BETWEEN ST. LUCIE COUNTY AND THE
STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION TO REMOVE ALL THE EXISTING
VEGETATION LANDSCAPE LOCATED AT STATE ROAD 5
FROM NORTH OF THE NORTH CAUSEWAY/A1A (M.P.
15.11) TO NORTH OF THE INTERSECTION WITH KINGS
HIGHWAY/STATE ROAD 713(M.P.20.906); PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,Florida,("Board")
has made the following determinations:
SECTION 1. That the Termination of Landscape Maintenance Memorandum of Agreement
between State of Florida Department of Transportation,District 4 and St. Lucie County, a copy of
which Agreement is attached hereto and incorporated by reference as if set forth in full, is hereby
approved.
,SECTION 2. That the proper County staff are hereby authorized to execute said Agreement
between St. Lucie County and the State of Florida Department of Transportation.
SECTION 3.This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption.
After motion and second, the vote on Resolution No. 2026-100 was as follows:
