Albritton & Associates, Inc.; reviewed the comments of the St. Lucie County Development Review Committee on this application, and made the following determinations: On November 18, 1999, the St. Lucie County Community Development Director through CD-99-011, granted site plan approval for the project known as Walton Landings S/D, subject to certain conditions. The developer of Walton Landings S/D has requested that the effective period of the Minor Site Plan for this project be extended for an additional 12 month s to permit time to complete the construction of the required infrastructure and have the final plat recorded in the land records of St. Lucie County. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED: Pursuant to Section 11.02.06(B)(1) of the St. Lucie County Land Development Code, the site plan for the project known as Walton Landings S/D, approved through CD-99-011, is hereby extended for a period of 12 months from the date of original expiration, the new expiration date to be November 18, 2002. B. All terms and conditions of CD-99-011 shall remain in full force and effect. C. The property on which this site plan project is to be built is described as follows: BEING LOTS 3 AND 4, SUBDIVISION OF FEE PROPERTY, PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 44, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ST. LUClE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH LOT 24, TOP OF WALTON, PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 1, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA. SAID LANDS CONTAINING 4.162 ACRES, MORE OR LESS (Tax ID#'s: 4504-602-0003-000/8 and 4504-601-0024-000/8) File No.: SPMn-99-011 November 20, 2001 CD Order 01-016 Page 1 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 2O 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 33 34 35 36 37 38 39 40 41 42 (Location: West side of South Indian River Drive, approximately 110 feet south of River View Drive) The approval of this site plan extension is contingent upon the developer obtaining final plat approval within 12 months of the date of this extension. If final plat approval is not obtained within this period, this site plan shall expire on November 18, 2002. Certificate of Capacity Number C99-164, granted by the Community DeVelopment Director on November 18, 1999, shall remain valid for the period of this site plan approval. A copy of this Order shall be attached to the site plan drawings described in Section A, which plan shall be on file with the St. Lucie County Community Development Director.
