WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Mosquito Control District Board budget,
certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available in a form of
a $1,500 donation from Valent Biosciences, Inc.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of the St. Lucie County Mosquito
ContrOl District Board to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mosquito Control District Board of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 14th day of November, 2000, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida
Statutes, such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2000-2001, and the District's budget is
hereby amended as follows:
