EXECUTION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATTON AND ST. LUCIE COUNTY,TOINT
PARTiCIPATiON A6REEMENT FOR CERTAIN
INTERSECT'J:ON IMPROVEMENTS AT SR§ (US1) AND
INDRIO ROAD BY THE ST. LUCIE COUNTY BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS; AND AUTHORIZING THE
CHAIRMAN OF THE ST. LUCIE COUNTY BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS TO EXECUTE THE
A6REEMENT; FURTHER AUTHORIZIN6 THE COUNTY
ATTORNEY TO EXECUTE THE A6REEMENT BY
APPROVIN6 TT AS TO FORM AND CORRECTNESS.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida,
has made the following determinations;
1. The Department and the County are desirous of having the County
make certain improvements at the intersection of 5R5 (U51) and Indrio Road.
2. This Board should authorize and approve execution of the ,Taint
Participation Agreement with the 5tote of Florida Department of Transportation to
provide for certain intersection improvements at 5R5 (U51) and Indrio Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of St. Lucie County Florida:
1. This Board does hereby authorize and approve execution of the ~Toint
Participation Agreement with the 5tote of Florida Department of Transportation to
provide for certain intersection improvements at 5R5 (U51) and Tndrio Road.
2. The Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners and the Clerk are
hereby authorized to execute the ,Taint Participation Agreement approved by this
resolution; and further, the County Attorney is hereby authorized to execute the
agreement by approvin9 it as to form and correctness.
After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows:
