WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget for St. Lucie County,
certwm funds not anticipated at the me of adoption of the budget have become available in the form of a contribution from
the Cultural Affairs Council for the Zora Neale Hurstun Dust Track Heritage Trail project.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a resolution to
appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County comrmssioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting
assembled this 8th day of January 2002, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, such funds are hereby appropriated
for the fiscal year 2001-02, and the County's budget is hereby amended as follows:
