WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for St. Lueie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
available in the form a Community Food and Nutrition Grant from the Florida Association for
Community Action, Inc. in the amount of $10,000.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt
a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
County, Florida, in meeting assembled this 26th day of March, 2002, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d),
Florida Statutes, such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2001-2002, and the County's
budget is hereby amended as follows:
