A RESOLUTION BY THE BOARD OF ST. LUCIE
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A LOCAL
AGENCY AGREEMENT AND PROVIDING WHEN
THIS RESOLUTION WILL TAKE EFFECT.
WHEREAS, the State of Florida Department of Transportation and St. Lucie
County desire to facilitate the Midway Road Corridor PD&E and Study; and
WHEREAS, the State of Florida has requested St. Lucie County, Florida,
to execute and deliver to the State of Florida Department of Transportation a
Local Agency Agreement for the aforementioned project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County of St. Lucie
County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, that the Chairman is hereby
authorized to make, execute, and deliver to the State of Florida Department of
Transportation a Local Agency Agreement for the aforementioned project.
DONE AND RESOLVED this 4th day of June, 2002.
