A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING
THE FOLLOWING INTERSECTIONS
AS MULTI WAY STOPS IN
ST. LUClE COUNTY, FLORIDA
WHEREAS, the Board of
has made the following determinations,
County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida,
to
1. Section
designate any
316.008(1)(a), Florida Statutes, authorizes the Board
intersection under its jurisdiction as a stop intersection.
2. The intersections of
Country Garden Lane, Citrus
Road and Davis Street,
Citrus Avenue and Driftwood Lane, Citrus Avenue and
Avenue and Parkland Boulevard, Gopher Ridge
are under St. Lucie County jurisdiction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
County Commissioners of St. Lucie County:
by the Board of County of St. Lucie
Citrus
Gopher
1. The intersections of Citrus Avenue and Driftwood Lane,
Avenue and Country Garden Lane, Citrus Avenue and Parkland Boulevard,
Ridge Road and Davis Street, are hereby designated as a multi-way stop.
2. The St. Lucie County Road and Bridge Manager is hereby directed to erect stop
signs at the above intersections.
3. The County Administrator is hereby directed to provide copies of this resolution to the
Sheriff of St. Lucie County, and the St. Lucie County Road and Bridge Manager.
After a motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows:
