A RESOLUTION DEFINING A CLASS "A' MOBILE HOME AS A SINGLE-
FAMILY DETACHED DWELLING UNIT IN THE AG-5 (AGRICULTURAL - 1
DUI5 ACRES) ZONIG DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, based on the
testimony and evidence, including but not limited to the staff report, has made the following
determinations:
Pamela Perkins presented a petition to Define a Class "A" Mobile Home as a
Detached Single-Family Dwelling Unit in the AG-5 (Agricultural - 1 du/5 acres)
Zoning District for the property described below.
On April 16, 2002, this Board held a public headng on the petition, after publishing a
notice of such headng and notifying by mail all owners of property within 500 feet of
the subject property.
The Class "A" Mobile Home determination is consistent with all elements of the St.
Lucie County Comprehensive Plan and has satisfied the standards of review set
forth in Section 11.05.02(D) of the St. Lucie County Land Development Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
County, Florida:
A. The St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners has determined that the request of
Pamela Perkins to Define a Class "A" Mobile Home as a Detached Single-Family Dwelling Unit to
be located on that property described as follows:
THE WEST 1,277.45 FEET OF THE SOUTH 150 FEET OF THE NORTH 200 FEET OF THE
SOUTH 630 FEET OF THE WEST ONE-HALF OF SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH,
RANGE 38 EAST, LESS THE WEST 100 FEET THEREOF AND LESS THE SOUTH 30
FEET, ST. LUClE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND THE WEST 1,277.45 FEET OF THE SOUTH
30 FEET OF THE NORTH 200 FEET.
(Location: 9346 Carlton Road)
is consistent with the requirements of Section 11.05.02(D) of the St. Lucie County Land
Development Code, and is hereby approved.
B. A copy of this resolution shall be placed on file with the St. Lucie County Community
Development Director.
