HomeMy WebLinkAbout02-121.~~~'3('L/ RESOLUTION NO. 02-121 WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available in a form of the USDA Urban Mobile Irrigation Lab Grant in the amount of $41,250. WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this 14th day of May, 2002, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2001-2002, and the County's budget is hereby amended as follows: REVENUES 001151-3720-331610-300 APPROPRIATIONS US Department of Agriculture $41,250 001151-3720-512000-300 Salaries $22,213 001151-3720-521000-300 FICA $1,444 001151-3720-521100-300 FICA Mandatory $322 001151-3720-522000-300 Retirement $1,607 001151-3720-523000-300 Group Insurance $3,045 001151-3720-523050-300 Group Health - Administrative Fee $75 001151-3720-523100-300 Life Insurance $98 001151-3720-524000-300 Worker's Compensation $3,152 001151-3720-525000-300 Unemployment Compensation $70 001151-3720-552000-300 Operating Supplies $9,224 After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows: Commissioner Doug Coward, Chairperson Commissioner Cliff Barnes, Vice Chairperson Commissioner John D.
