WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
available in a form of additional funds for the Section 5307 FTA Grant 2002 in the amount of $171,113.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 23rd day of April, 2002, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes,
such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2001-2002, and the County's budget is hereby amended
as follows:
