HomeMy WebLinkAbout02-165 RESOLUTION NO. 02 - 165 WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available in the form of insurance proceeds for the settlement of a wrecked dump truck from the Public Works / Road and Bridge division. WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this 18th day of June, 2002, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2001-2002, and the County's budget is hereby amended as follows: REVENUES 101-4108-369930-400 Reimbursements $ 29,398 APPROPRIATIONS 101-4108-564000-400 Machinery and Equipment $ 29,398 After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows: Commissioner Doug Coward Commissioner Cliff Barnes Commissioner Paula A.
