LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, based on the testimony and evidence, including but not limited to the staff report, has made the following determinations: On May 15, 2001, the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners granted, through Resolution 01-021, a Site Plan/Conditional Use Permit to allow the retail sale of farm equipment and related accessories in the AG-1 (Agricultural - 1 du/acre) Zoning District for property located at 9901 Okeechobee Road and more particularly described in Part C below. The developer of Sunrise Tractor & Equipment has requested that the Site Plan/Conditional Use Permit granted through Resolution 01-021, be extended for a pedod of 12 additional months from its date of scheduled expiration, May 15, 2002. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida: Pursuant to Section 11.02.06(B)(1) of the St. Lucie County Land Development Code, the Site Plan/Conditional Use Permit, approved through Resolution 02-021, is hereby extended for a pedod of 12 additional months from its date of scheduled expiration, May 15, 2002, with the new expiration date being May 13, 2003. All terms and conditions of Resolution 02-021, Parts B and G excluded, shall remain in full force and effect. LUClE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE, SOUTH ALONG THE EAST LINE OF THE SAID NORTHWEST ONE-QUARTER OF SECTION 27, A DISTANCE OF 1,128 FEET, TO THE INTERSECTION WITH THE "OLD" SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF STATE ROAD 70 (OKEECHOBEE ROAD); THENCE, SOUTH 71 21'30" WEST, ALONG THE SAID "OLD" SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE, A DISTANCE OF 935.00 FEET, TO THE WEST LINE OF THAT PARCEL OF LAND AS DESCRIBED IN O.R. BOOK 197, PAGE 787; THENCE, SOUTH 64 32'00" WEST, ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF THE AFORESAID PARCEL, A DISTANCE OF 522.77 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. CONTAINING 3.21 ACRES, MORE OR LESS (TAX ID #'S: 2327-214-0005-000/2 AND PART OF: 2327-214-0010-000/0) (Location: 9901 Okeechobee Road. South side of Okeechobee Road, approximately one-third mile west of Gentile Road.) This Site Plan/Conditional Use Permit extension shall expire on May 15, 2003, unless a Building Permit/Zoning Compliance Certificate is obtained in accordance with Section 11.02.06(B)(3), St. Lucie County Land Development Code. The Certificate of Capacity granted by the Community Development Director on May 15, 2001, shall remain valid for the period of this Site Plan/Conditional Use Permit approval. The St. Lucie County Community Development Director is hereby authorized and directed to cause the notation of this resolution to be made on the Official Zoning Map of St. Lucie County, Florida, and to make notation of reference to the date of adoption of this resolution.
