AN ORDER AMENDING CD ORDER 02-008
GRANTING APPROVAL FOR A MINOR SITE
PLAN KNOWN AS HEADER RANCHES
SUBDIVISION, TO CORRECT A SCRIVENERS
ERROR IN CONDITION NUMBER 1, OF PART
A OF CD ORDER 02-008
WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Community Development Director has reviewed the
application for site plan approval submitted by Jerry James. Scojer Dynamics Corp.,
reviewed the comments of the St. Lucie County Development Review Committee on this
application, and made the following determinations:
1. On April 29, 2002, the Community Development Director through CD Order 02-008
approved the petition of Jerry James, for a Minor Site plan to allow the development
of Header Ranches Subdivision, a 6-lot residential subdivision.
2. Part A of CD Order 02-010 contained one limiting condition related to the
development of the Header Ranches Subdivision.
3. Condition Number 1 of CD Order 02-008, included an incorrect citation as to the
dedication of right-of-way for Goldsmith Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Development Director of St.
Lucie County, Florida:
A. Condition Number 1 of CD Order 02-008 is hereby amended to read as follows:
1. Prior to issuance of any building permits for any lot within the Header Ranches
Subdivision, the petitioner, their successors or assigns, shall convey to S1.
Lucie County, in manner and form acceptable to the S1. Lucie County
Attorney, the woetorn southern five (5) feet of the parcel for the future
widening of Goldsmith Road.
B. Except as noted in Part A above, all other terms and provisions of CD Order 02-008
shall remain in full force and effect.
C. A copy of this CD Order shall be attached to the site plan drawings described in CD
Order 02-008 A, which plan shall be placed on file with the St. Lucie County
Community Development Director.
