WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget for St. Lucie
County, it has been determined that certain transfers between funds have to be made to accommodate:
- adjustments in the Unincorporated Fund / Building and Zoning (Fund 102) for incorrect salary and benefits charges; and,
- the closeout of the J&J Utility Fund (Fund 660) and transfer of remaining funds into the South Hutchinson Utilities Fund
(Fund 451).
- adjustments in the Sports Complex Fund (Fund 461) to recognize reimbursement of project / maintenance expenditures
from the Sports Complex Improvement Fund (Fund 362).
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a resolution to
appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in
meeting assembled this 10 ~ day of September, 2002, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, that such funds are
hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2001-2002, and the County's budget is hereby amended as follows:
