HomeMy WebLinkAbout02-223RESOLUTION NO. 02-223 WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available in the form of contributions from property owners participating in the Rouse Road Municipal Services Benefits Unit. WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this 10th day of September, 2002, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2001-2002, and the County's budget is hereby amended as follows: REVENUES 389 -0000-384300-4501 Proceeds-Contributions from Prop Owners $140,000 APPROPRIATIONS 389 -4115-571100-4501 389 -4115-599330-4501 Principal-Notes $136,412 Project Reserves $ 3,588 After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows: Commissioner Doug Coward, Chairperson Commissioner Cliff Barnes, Vice Chairperson Commissioner John D.
