HomeMy WebLinkAbout02-146 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 3O 31 32 33 34 35 36 37 38 39 4O 41 42 43 44 45 RESOLUTION 02-146 FILE NO.: MH-02-003 A RESOLUTION DEFINING A CLASS "A' MOBILE HOME AS A SINGLE-FAMILY DETACHED DWELLING UNIT IN THE AG-5 (AGRICULTURAL - 1 DU/5 ACRES) ZONIG DISTRICT WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, based on the testimony and evidence, including but not limited to the staff report, has made the following determinations: Vernon and Kathryn Duncan presented a petition to Define a Class "A" Mobile Home as a Detached Single-Family Dwelling Unit in the AG-5 (Agricultural - 1 du/5 acres) Zoning District for the property described below. On August 13, 2002, this Board held a public hearing on the petition, after publishing a notice of such hearing and notifying by mail all owners of property within 500 feet of the subject property. The Class "A" Mobile Home determination is consistent with all elements of the St. Lucie County Comprehensive Plan and has satisfied the standards of review set forth in Section 11.05.02(D) of the St. Lucie County Land Development Code. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida: A. The St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners has determined that the request of Vernon and Kathryn Duncan to Define a Class "A" Mobile Home as a Detached Single-Family Dwelling Unit to be located on that property described as follows: SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 37 SOUTH, RANGE 38 EAST. FROM THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SECTION RUN EAST ON THE NORTH SECTION LINE 475.74 FEET; THENCE, SOUTH 45°00'00'' EAST 864.91 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE, CONTINUE SOUTH 45°00'00'' EAST 509.10 FEET TO A POINT THAT IS 1,650 FEET FROM THE NORTHERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF GLADES CUT-OFF ROAD; THENCE, SOUTH 45°00'00'' WEST 1,012.27 FEET; THENCE, NORTH 13°23'59'' WEST 597.84 FEET; THENCE, NORTH 45°00'00'' EAST 698.90 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. (10.00 ACRES) (Tax ID#: 4221-222-0002-000/7). (Location: 21200 Glades Cut-Off Road, SW of Ft.
