WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County comrmssioners budget for St. Lucie
County, certain funds not anticipated at the ttme of adoption of the budget have become available in the form of
contributions fromproperty owners participating in the Revels Lane 1 Municipal Services Benefits Unit (MSBU) project.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Comunssioners to adopt a resolution
to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in
meeting assembled this 26th day of November, 2002, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, that such funds
are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2002-2003, and the County's budget is hereby amended as follows:
