A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A RENTAL
RATES AND FEES SCHEDULE FOR THE NEW
ST. LUCIE COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS IN ST.
LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, has made
the following determinations:
1. The brand new St. Lucie County Fairgrounds, under ownership and supervision of St.
Lucie County, will be rented out for concerts and a variety of entertainment events to mention a few.
2. In order to rent the facilities, buildings and grounds at the St. Lucie County Fairgrounds,
it is necessary to establish a rental rates and fees schedule.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St.
Lucie County, Florida:
1. This Board does hereby establish a rental rates and fees schedule as set forth in the "St.
Lucie County Fairgrounds Buildings and Grounds Rental Rates and Fees Schedule attached hereto
and made a part hereof as Exhibit "A".
2. The newly established rental rates and fees schedule as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "A", shall take effect upon adoption of this resolution, and
shall remain in effect until changed by further resolution of the Board of County Commissioners.
After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows:
