RAD].O CONTROL CLUB, ZNC., A NOT FOR
PROF~"r CORPORAT].ON, THE USE OF PROPERTY
LOCATED AT ROCK ROAD ,TA].L
WHEREAS, the 5un Dancers Radio Control Club, ]'nc., a not for profit
orgnnization, has requested the use of a portion of real property owned by St. Lucie
County (the "County"), which real property is commonly known as the Rock Road ,Tail:
and
WHEREAS, said portion consists of a portion of the land at 900 Rock Road;
and
WHEREAS, the Site is depicted on the diagram attached hereto and mode o
port hereof as Exhibit "A"; and
WHEREAS, Section t25.38, Florida Statutes requires that any not for profit
organization wishing to use any real or personal property that may be owned by any
county of this state or by its board of county commissioners, for public or
community interest and welfare, may apply to the board of county commissioners for
a conveyance or lease of such property; and
WHEREAS, Section 125.38 further states that if it is determined by the
Board of County Commissioners that such property is required for such use and is
not needed for County purposes, the Board con allow the use of such property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida (the "Board"):
1. The Board does hereby grant permission to use the Site, to 5un Dancers
Radio Control Club, Thc. for the operation of remote control airplane flying facility.

2. The term of this use shall be for o five (5) year period, unless otherwise
terminated and may be renewed for two (2) additional period of one (1) year each, all
in accordance with o Facility Lease Agreement to be entered into by the County and
Sun Dancers Radio Control Club, ]:nc.
3. The permission hereby granted to 5un Dancers Radio Control Club, ]:nc. is
contingent upon the signing by the County and 5un Dancers Radio Control Club, ]:nc.
of a mutually acceptable Facilities Lease Agreement.
