James H. Davis presented a petition to Define a 16 foot by 66 foot Class "A" Mobile 3_4 Home as a Detached Single-Family Dwelling Unit in the AG-5 (Agricultural - 1 alu/5 15 acres) Zoning District for the property described below. 16 17 2. On December 17, 2002, this Board held a public hearing on the petition, after 3_ 8 publishing a notice of such hearing and notifying by mail all owners of property within 3_9 500 feet of the subject property. 3. The Class "A" Mobile Home determination is consistent with all elements of the St. Lucie County Comprehensive Plan and has satisfied the standards of review set forth in Section 11.05.02(D) of the St. Lucie County Land Development Code. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida: A. The St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners has determined that the request of James H. Davis to Define a 16 foot by 66 foot Class "A" Mobile Home as a Detached Single- Family Dwelling Unit to be located on that property described as follows: SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 38 EAST, SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4-LESS THE WEST 30 FEET FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY. (TAX ID#: 2213-443-O001-000/8). (Location: 2104 Trowbridge Road, Ft. Pierce) is consistent with the requirements of Section 11.05.02(D) of the St. Lucie County Land Development Code, and is hereby approved. The General Location Map and Area Subject to the Class "A" Mobile Home Permit are attached as Exhibit "A". B. A copy of this resolution shall be placed on file with the St. Lucie County Community Resolution 02-317 Page 1 Development Director.
