WHEREAS, subsequent to the adcption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget for St. Lucie
County, certain funds not anticipate d at the time of adoption of the budget have become available in the form of Cultural
Activities/County Concerts for Fiscal Year 2002-2003.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Corarmssioners to adopt a resolution
to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in
meeting assembled this 17th day of December, 2002, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, such funds are
hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2002-2003, and the County's budget is hereby amended as follows:
